Documents Required for Employers:
- Employment contract signed between the foreign worker and the employer.
- A copy of the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette showing the latest capital and partnership structure of the organization.
- Balance sheet and profit/loss statement for the last year approved by the tax office or a sworn financial advisor.
- A document from the relevant institution proving the organization has undertaken the project for international tenders.
- A payroll showing that Turkish engineers/architects/contractors are employed in the same profession.
- A notarized power of attorney for the person authorized to make the electronic application or a document showing they work for the organization making the application.
- A preliminary approval document from the relevant authority for foreigners working in health and education services.
Documents Required for Employees:
- A copy of the passport.
- A notarized Turkish translation of the diploma or temporary graduation certificate.
- A biometric photo.
Criteria for Application Approval:
- At least five Turkish citizens must be employed at the workplace where the work permit is requested.
- The employer company’s paid-in capital must be at least 500,000 TL, net sales must be at least 8,000,000 TL, or the last year’s export amount must be at least 150,000 USD.
- The salary level of the foreign employee must be appropriate for the position.
